Automatically organized revenue reports
When a user makes a reservation, the revenue report is saved automatically from that booking and can be downloaded as a PDF. It breaks down gross sales, tax, Stripe fees, and refunds, and totals everything into net earnings—so you can also track which transactions happened and when.
Different prices for the times you want
Each space can have up to four time slots, and every slot can use a different price so you charge the right rate for each booking.
User friendly
Users can check their booking history and upcoming reservations, and receive a confirmation email for each booking. They can also see how much time is left on their membership and how much remains on their coupons.

Every plan includes the full Portee feature set — booking, payments, per-store websites, coupons, memberships, promotions, and revenue reports. Starting at $110.00 CAD / month.

FAQ
Common questions about booking, cancellations, coupons, and more.
Yes. You can set the booking interval to 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Once set, users book according to that interval.
Store owners can set a cancel policy of 1 to 5 days. After booking, users receive a confirmation email with a cancel button. If they are still within the allowed window, they can cancel through that button.
Go to the admin page and open that reservation’s cell — there is an option to resend the confirmation email.
That is entirely up to the store owner. In the admin page you can choose whether they stack, or whether Portee automatically applies only the higher percentage so only one discount is used.
Yes. Recurring bookings can be set by the week, from 1 week up to 8 weeks.
Yes. Coupons can be used with no date limit, or you can set a start and end date so users can only redeem them during that period.
Yes. The used coupon time is refunded when the booking is cancelled.
You can cancel anytime after the current subscription period ends. To cancel, contact your Portee account manager.
